3.0Шторы блекаут хорошие. интернет wifi стабильный, достаточно быстрый. Есть стиральная машина. Матрас и Диван нормальные. Номер просторный. Расходники и тапки были. Молодой мужчина сотрудник приветливый, но все остальные нет.
− Абсолютно не соответствует отзывам на букинге, отзывы оставляют сами сотрудники отеля от имени гостей. Сотрудники написали отзыв от моего имени без моего ведома, попросив показать PIN при заезде. Недопустимо. Все чистое, но старое. В ванной комнате слабо циркулирует воздух, все в плесени. Постельное и полотенца чистые, пахнут хлоркой, но с пятнами. Полотенца только 2 банных плохого качества. Кондиционер дул теплым воздухом независимо от настроек. За три дня уборки не было. Посуды для приготовления еды мало. Непомытая кружка от прошлых гостей со следами губной помады. Отвратительно. Днем тихо, но ночью улица очень шумная. За этот вариант 46 евро за ночь - дорого.

1.0The stay itself was good overall: I liked the room, the value for money was very good, and the location was excellent
− . However, I seriously questioned the honesty and reliability of the owners twice. First, I arrived in the evening after my late check-in had been confirmed. Instead of the room I had booked, I was given what looked like a staff room. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was in terrible condition. I was told to sleep there for one night and that I would be moved to a proper room the next day. Because of this, I had to pay for another hotel myself that night. The next day, they showed me another room. It was fine, and I stayed there comfortably for the remaining 9 days. The owners, who seem to run this as a family business, offered to compensate me by paying for my taxi to the airport on the day of departure. But on the departure day, the taxi never came, nobody answered the phone, and I had to go to the airport by myself. For the room and location, I would give a good rating. But for the way the situation was handled and for the broken promise regarding compensation, I have to give the property the lowest rating.

10.0An hotel located within a 3-minute walk to the airport services' Taksim stop and a 2-minute walk to Taksim Square, which is a 24-hour secure facility. The rooms are quite a bit larger compared to the general rooms in Istanbul, and having a kitchen and cleanliness are nice advantages. The staff was also quite good, but they are insistent on getting reviews written, even playfully so. 😂😂
