1.0I had booked a 26-square-meter room, but upon arrival, I was given a very small room of about 5 square meters, without any windows, no wardrobe, and no elevator access to the 4th floor. The bed sheets and pillows were extremely dirty, the mattress was in terrible condition, and the bathroom was broken and filthy. When I complained to the receptionist, he refused to help or cancel my booking. Instead, he told me to “do whatever you want” and spoke to me in a very rude and sarcastic way.
