7.0Very conveniently located right next to Brockley Station which made it really, really easy to reach the centre of London where most of our appointments were taking place. Comfortable room and bed!
− Not like is a big statement but the location next to the station also means that the trains pass very close by. Some might be put of by the accompanying noise. With some earplugs this is easily addressed.

− Absolute SCAM, one small bedroom in someone's apartment, facilities are not as advertised, not even close. Hot and stuffy, only one window with no flyscreen, NO AIR CON, NO KITCHEN, NO REFRIGERATOR, NO BALCONY, NO ROOM SERVICE, NO SHARED LOUNGE/TB AREA, NO DISHWASHER, NO MICROWAVE, NO OUTDOOR DINING AREA OR FURNITURE. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, IT'S A LIE. I found somewhere else, do not stay, I won't stand to be lied to, I want a full refund

10.0All kind of restaurantes & bares near. A supermarket in the same building. The train & bus station very near. The owner so kind and caring. We will return for sure.
