10.0Location is fab. 15 minute walk to Oxford Street, 5 minute walk to Marylebone and Baker Street Tube. Communication from staff was great. Clean room, with a fan which was needed for this stay.
− I was a bit concerned when i saw the futon but i actually loved it. Slept like a baby. However if you have mobility issues you may struggle to get up and down on the bed and sofa. Also quite a few steps to get to rooms. This wasn't an issue for me though and would recommend to others.

10.0Siamo state una notte in una stanza con un patio privato e ci siamo sentite subito a casa. La proprietaria é molto accogliente e ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. La camera era molto pulita, dotata di tutto. Inoltre Diana, nonostante non avessimo la colazione inclusa, ci ha offerto un piccolo vassoio con qualche biscotto e altre cose per poter fare colazione in camera. La cosa migliore di questa struttura é sicuramente la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro di Becker street, collegata benissimo con tutta Londra. Consiglio vivamente
