Hvis du skal være i Miami, er Coconut Grove og Balcony Ocean Views helt perfekt beliggende. Sentralt og gåavstand til det meste i dette området, hvis du ser bort fra å bade i havet. Da må det benyttes bil. Vi spiste ikke frokost på hotellet, men vi var innom og så på hva som blir servert og det virket ok. Vi liker imidlertid bedre å gå tur på morgenen, og kombinere dette med en frokost på en restaurant eller fresh market e.l. Marie som var vår host var svært tilgjengelig og serviceorientert.

− Personale på hotellet og spesielt i resepsjon har behov for et lite kurs med hensyn til service, litt smilende og høflig ovenfor sine gjester. De virker for lite interessert og kanskje litt umotiverte.

− It is listed in Booking as a Hotel but it is not, it is an Airbnb. This was confusing as front desk staff told me “Did you receive instructions from your host”? All good and place was good, but I was not expecting this, as I had intentionally looked for properties that were “hotel”

The apartment was beautiful, with well-maintained furniture, a very comfortable bed, and high-quality linens. The view was absolutely stunning, and I really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The kitchen was also very functional and well-equipped. Marie was amazing throughout my stay—she was incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help.

− When I first arrived, I noticed that some of the towels were stained and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as I expected. I let Marie know, and she promptly replaced the towels. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself, which wasn't a major issue but was a bit disappointing. The biggest drawback for me was the air conditioning and the bathroom exhaust fan. Both are quite old and extremely noisy. The air conditioner didn't allow me to adjust the temperature and was so loud that I had to turn it off at night to sleep. However, given Miami's summer heat, it quickly became uncomfortable without it, so I often had to turn it back on. The bathroom fan was also very loud, which became increasingly bothersome over the course of my stay. I was traveling for work, so having reliable internet was important. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was unstable, making it difficult to work from the apartment. The TV also couldn't connect to the available internet, which left only a limited selection of channels.
