Wonderful property with a great location

Excellent stay and David was an exceptionally helpful and friendly host .

Characterful property . Excellent location on a tree filled square within 25m of canal and cafes . Lovely atmosphere but not noisy . Property well equipped and very comfortable . Furnishings not quite as smart as photographs but very nice.

− There wasn’t anything about the property we didn’t like .

Located in a perfect location of the city that was within walking distance of all the major sights.

− There was construction going on behind us that started at 7:00AM but only happened one day.

Lovely Apartment, great location and the host David was fabulous.

Nice apartment, would benefit from some small upgrades and simple fixes to make it GREAT!

There is a lot to like about this property: -lots of space -plug in beside bed - but only on one side :( -couch was comfy -washer and dryer with drying rack was excellent -kitchen well stocked, even had coffee pods and creamer for us - nice touch! -close to all amenities and within walking distance to tons of shops and outdoor cafes -close to tram line -property manager (David) was excellent, super helpful (even carried our luggage up and down) -nice outdoor area just outside front door to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or have a morning coffee or just enjoy the beautiful area

− Some things that could be improved or things to watch for those looking to rent the unit: (trying to be detailed) -only plug in beside one side of the bed (so bring a loooong phone charger) -the unit has significant construction going on just outside of master bedroom (and the saw blades start at 7:00am...grrrr) -can't utilize the "bedroom outdoor terrace" as the construction is SOOOO loud you can't hear yourself think (we were here in late May 2026, so it will be at least another 6 months to 1 year before its done (see pics) -NO A/C - think about this if your planning a trip in the summer months (May-October) - its HOT HOT HOT inside that unit without A/C (they did provide one small tabletop fan, but it was in the living room, and there was nowhere to put it in the bedroom and nowhere to plug it in besides the living room -to the point above, because there is construction going on, your in a dilemma - do you OPEN the windows to get air flowing and suffer through the noise of the early morning construction or suffocate in the heat of the apartment - only you can decide -we opened the windows and got ATE UP by mosquitos - it was horrible, bites EVERYWHERE -there is also a POP up market on the weekends just in the square outside your living room windows - its super good and super quaint, but LOUD - again, this goes to the whole "no AC, I need to open the window" dilemma...
