− Everything good Just the room is next to the railway so may get some noise

I would not stay here again the proximity to the tube and to the more upscale Notting Hill neighborhood was nice enough,

I needed an apartment for the entire month that was close to the tube and then disregard it was perfect. However, I was not expecting it to be as low brow as it was. It’s sort of felt like public housing. The neighborhood was nice enough, but somebody at the pub told me I was in the hood. I certainly like the price tag the bathrooms, however, had really bad plumbing. I could hardly get the toilets to flush completely. The bedding was not good at all. The bed was sunken in and I actually had to go to the local John Lewis store to buy a pillow and a pillowcase. That’s how bad the pillows. It was also extremely stuffy. You could only open the window a little crack. I happen to have had the bad luck of being there during a heat wave the last week not the properties fault but with no air, no window and no air conditioning it was stifling.

− The first night of my stay, I was unable to sleep due to a strong smell of cannabis coming from a neighbouring room and excessive noise. Next day, I was informed that the guest responsible had checked out and that the room would be cleaned. However, it was 11:30 pm. The noise was so loud that I was again unable to sleep. I spoke to the cleaning staff and asked them to keep the noise down, but I was ignored and the disturbance continued. I was also instructed to contact the owner via WhatsApp. When I spoke to the owner by phone, I was told that the complaints were coming from the guests and that we were the ones creating the problem. The owner then abruptly ended the call. As a result, I have been unable to sleep for two consecutive nights and am suffering from sleep deprivation. The accommodation has failed to provide a suitable and lawful environment for guests, and the disruption is still continuing late into the night. I therefore requested a full refund for the two nights affected and denied. I was unlucky with my stay, but what was most disappointing was the owner’s behaviour at the end. He called us and blamed us, then ended the call abruptly, which felt extremely rude and immature. There was also no refund. This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I would only recommend it if you are looking for trouble.

La ubicació a costat del metro i de Porto Bello road. La persona responsable és molt amable i atenta a tot el que puguis necessitar.

− Les parets són molt fines i des de l.apartament de baix, se sent bastant el soroll de la porta d.entrada i de la cuina comuna.
