10.0The host contacted us before our trip because the flat we booked had sudden water damage. He Instantly offered us another one and arranged everything for us. The new flat was great, located just meters away from Buckingham Palace, comfortable and spacious. Everything we could need was provided (even tooth brush) and the host was aways available and reachable. I highly recommend this host and will definitively contact him fpr any future stays in London!
