− Alt i leiligheten,sengene var så ukomfertable,varmt alt var skiten og det luktet rart i leiligheten. Jeg har npen bilder hvordan det så ut. De er flinke å lure me AI bilder tror jeg leilighet vae velig slit.rot over alt, vaskemakinene var så treg kjørte for 1t20 min brukte over 3 timer, jeg ble så redd å miste tøyet mitt.
Fantastic base for a London stay!
10.0Great location, Waitrose close by which was handy for supplies and a great food market right on your doorstep! Close walk to the tube station and a really nice spacious apartment with the added bonus of a lovely outdoor space! We loved it!

Poor communication by the host. Did not acknowledge my query despite numerous attempts to contact.

− I had a problem with my booking so I sent the host a message on booking.com who advised me to contact their mobile number, which I did. I sent them three text messages and had no response at all. I then followed this up with an email to the host directly, no response. I messaged them twice using booking.com facilities. Once as a general query and once using booking.com as intermediary. Again no response. None of attempts to get in touch received any response to my query. All in all I made 5 attempts to contact them between 25 June for the booking on 8 July. The host had a time period of 14 days to respond, which is more than ample. Despite me contacting them, they used auto messaging and wished me well for my stay. Poor communication, will not be booking with them again!!

No hot water
4.0The staff was kind to answer immediately but didn’t help solving my problems.
− No instruction about waste, no instruction about lights or any appliances. Hot water stopped running 2 day after the check in and despite getting very kind messages back to my request, it didn’t get solved. Quite disappointing

10.0The apartment was modern and clean and we really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely stay here again
− There was a couple of patches of damp on the bedroom ceiling and a tile was broken in the bathroom. It didn't affect our stay though.
