Amazing property with luxurious design and ample space

It is a beautiful property located in a nice neighborhood close to the center but not in the middle of the touristic area where you can hardly walk. It was a perfect solution for us. Having more space inside the property vs a hotel also was good given we stayed a number of days and had a lot of clothing etc to store. And the design is amazing, beautifully decorated and well taken care of, the property is very nice.

− The property beat our expectations so we were overall happy. Only things that could be better 1) the heating was not yet on because it is early October so we were snuggly most of the time at nights and 2) while the property had all amenities plenty and restocked we would have liked disposable slippers. All other dispensable items were well provided.

Everything was fantastic! We rented the three bedroom family apartment. I was just lovely. The location was so nice. Right on the canal and a few minutes walk to the Vaporetto. The Traghetto was right outside the door. The bedrooms were wonderful, the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were so lovely as well. It was right near a coffee shop/bar that served amazing ciccihetti, breakfast pastries, coffee, wine. There was also a small grocery store around the corner that carried everything we needed. The washer and dryer were convenient. We really felt like we received the Venetian experience. We would stay here again. Veronica was fantastic and provided can provide concierge services as needed. The Do Leoni staff, exceptional.

The location is great and it was clean and the linen and towels were fresh. It was also well decorated and the kitchen, whilst small and not great for actually cooking in, had everything we needed for our daily ham, cheese and fruit brunch.

− Despite being told to keep the windows closed to prevent mosquitos getting in, the back of the glazed shower has a huge gap between the ceiling and the wall which allows them to pour in. As soon as you open the bathroom door they get into the apartment. We were bitten to pieces even with plug in preventers all over the place. The bathroom stank of drains for the entire time we were staying.

The apartment is beautiful, is closed to city centre 10 min walk , close to the ferry station as well . We wished to stay a little bit longer .
