The apartment is very spacious, which is quite unusual for London.

− The reality does not match the photos or the promised description. The rooms are dark and lack proper lighting. The bedrooms, as well as the bathroom and toilet, are located in the basement. Cleanliness is very poor – visible dirt on surfaces, walls smeared with dirty handprints, dishes in the cupboards with food residue and lipstick marks, as well as used dish sponges. Food from previous guests (or empty packaging) was left in the cupboards - I understand that it’s acceptable to leave spices, but in this case, it was completely unmanaged. In the bathroom: the shower glass was dirty with rust and mold stains, the mirror cabinet contained a used razor and shower sponge, the bath mat was moldy, and the shower curtain was dirty and smelled unpleasant. Dust was clearly visible on all surfaces, including towel radiators and cabinets. In the bedrooms, the windows were taped over with duct tape, and the metro noise was very loud, significantly affecting the quality of sleep. We were only provided with one large towel – there were no hand or face towels. For four individual guests (not from the same household), only two duvets were available. When we requested extra duvets, we were told that one was in the sofa storage and no more could be provided -"not included." Despite the host advertising a "5-star experience," the actual service was of very low quality. Even luggage storage was offered only for an additional fee.

The apartment is spacious and well-suited for a group of friends, with enough room to relax and enjoy time together. Its location is also a major plus - just a short walk from the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient.

− We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, particularly in the bathrooms. They didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. In the kitchen, we found half-empty bottles of water and cereal left behind by previous guests, which made it feel like the space hadn’t been properly reset. Additionally, each guest was provided with only one towel and one pillow, which wasn’t quite enough for a comfortable stay. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort, this could be a great place to stay.

Nothing! The apartment was full of mold!

− Do Not Book This Apartment! The two bedrooms are located in the basement, along with two bathrooms, and the entire basement is carpeted. The whole place is filled with air fresheners to mask a strong moldy smell. One bathroom had visible mold on the wall, the toilet brushes were filthy, and overall, the apartment was very dirty. Shockingly, there was even mold on a pillowcase. We could only upload four photos, but they show how bad the conditions are. We also found a review with a photo of a mushroom growing out of the carpet. We absolutely cannot recommend this place and are requesting a refund!

Great service, amazing apartment, really felt like London citizen for a while. Rooms were clean and nice! Host was really nice and gave us many recommendations what to see and enjoy in London. We can say only Our host met us at the reception of the apartment complex and took us to the apartment at the time we agreed earlier. He was there waiting for us before we came, so we saved some time. When we were leaving the apartment we just dropped the keys to the box and closed the door behind us.
