Great location, nicely furnished and comfortable. Balcony was good but needs some seating.

− The whole apartment needs some TLC and a deep clean. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that we did not touch, the kitchen cupboards were not clean, the kitchen floor was not clean and the bins were dirty. There was a unwashed bed sheet left on the bedroom floor and the headboard needs a clean. The bathroom needs some tlc, although clean we had problems flushing the toilet and there was some mould around the shower. Also some confusion with checking in, as we were not told the name of the apartment block in advance, and we were not comfortable with leaving the key on the table and having to leave the door unlocked when checking out.

Apartment area for use is as shown in photos. This apartment actually has two rooms and bathrooms but the one room and bathroom stays locked - it appears to be lived in and then vacated during booking times - not solely used as a booking.com property.

− Freezer had some food in. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Only one pillow per person on the bed. A fan in the room would be great. The apartment is not located above or near the Santi restaurant as indicated on the listing and photos.

Great location due to us attending a concert in the London Stadium, but would not stay again for reasons stated.

The property was nicely presented. Nice and tidy.

− The thing we did not like was there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher which we did not touch. They were still there when we left. We didn’t eat in so not a problem. There was food left in the freezer. Cutlery was just all thrown in a bowl in a cupboard. Small things I know but in my opinion that is just a bit careless. Our biggest problem was the heat. Given there was a heat wave, the apartment was unbearably hot!! I would have thought there would have been at least a couple of fans in the rooms to help guests feel more comfortable. We didn’t sleep for two nights. I also think that having to stand and wait on a corner for someone to come an meet us to let us in was not very professional. We had no clue which building we were supposed to be at. That made me very uncomfortable. On leaving we had to contact the owner to find out about where to leave the keys. We left the apartment unlocked with the keys on the table inside. Again I was not very comfortable with that either.

Location was excellent by virtue of its proximity to public transport links to the city and the airport

Not worth the price too small and too many furnitures. Handle bedroom needs to be fixed!

Close to Westfield mall!

− The toilet in the bedroom was very difficult to flush, I have to keep on trying several times before I could flush the toilet. A small rug in the living room will look better. Too many furnitures in the apartment, the apartment is very small, there’s no need for so many furnitures. Also, there is no toaster in the apartment. That is a basic thing they should have in the apartment a toaster. I didn’t like the idea when I have a visitor, he/she have to go into bedroom to use the toilet I realize there was a toilet close to the living room, but it was locked up. Also, the accommodation was too pricey. I will never, never, recommend that place for anybody to use. Value for money is not worth it. I would recommend looking for something better, apartment too small.
