3.0Easy communication with the host
− It was quite dirty, especially the kitchen. The furniture is very old and worn out, and the worst part was that it was freezing cold—some of the electric heaters didn't even work.

9.0Very helpful and friendly owner who was more than willing to accommodate us at last minute (after having 2 bookings cancelled by different owners). Good location, nice quiet neighbourhood. Clean and comfortable apartment with a nice layout and windows in every room made for a bright and airy atmosphere! Amenities well catered for and free designated parking is a bonus in London.

8.0Very lovely and responsive host. Good communicator. It's a very good location, the DLR stop is a ten minute walk. A nice cosy apartment. Very good value for money and a parking space which is very useful as I was travelling for work. If you like a more homely feel when travelling I can highly recommend. I would and have already booked again for a future stay next year. Well equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom.
− The shower could be a little more powerful, but I think this could be a water pressure issue. Towels could be updated.
It was nice and warm in the appartment and walking distance from fhe train station
