Durante a estadia, ocorreu um pequeno imprevisto, o que é compreensível, mas a maneira como Ravy gerenciou a situação foi exemplar. O problema foi solucionado com profissionalismo, agilidade e uma atenção impecável. A propriedade é excelente, mas o atendimento humanizado e a preocupação com obem-estar do hóspede são, sem dúvida, dignos de aplauso. Certamente retornarei a me hospedar aqui!
− O quarto possui duas janelas de vidro e as cortinas são totalmente claras, deixando vazar muita luz. Como não há nada para cobrir a claridade, às 5:30 da manhã o quarto já estava completamente iluminado, ainda bem que eu tinha um tapa-olhos. Foi a única coisa de que não gostei. De resto, a propriedade é excelente e recomendo muito!

10.0El alojamiento es perfecto. Cuenta con todo lo descripto. Es súper cómodo descasas muy bien por la noche, no hay ruidos molestos, la estación de tren está a la vuelta. Es perfecto para todo turista que desea quedarse unos días en Berlín. Lo mejor FUE EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL SÚPER AMABLES Y ATENTOS. Gracias !!!!!!

2.0The Location
− It is on the ground floor and the furniture and all items were the absolute cheap of the cheap. I wasn’t able to lock the door from the inside. When I asked for help to locate the key box in the evening (the description they send is not helpful at all), no one replied but only the morning after (!) asking me how I was and if I managed to get in. Also I booked for three and they did not even prepare the couch to sleep on.
