10.0So much more spacious than a hotel! It was on a nice, quieter street and had everything needed for our stay. The place was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was large and spacious with good water pressure, and Max was wonderful to communicate with.

8.0The apartment was a really good value for money and overall I had a very comfortable stay. The place had everything I needed during my time in New York. A huge thank you for all the help with both check-in and check-out — that part was absolutely outstanding and made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. And thank you for providing such a good New York stay experience, which honestly can be surprisingly hard to find.
The apartment itself is better than best hotel rooms in NYC. Everything is working, Max gave us guidelines how to check
