9.0Location is perfect, right in the center of Coconut Grove, walking distance to coffees, restaurants etc. Great clean room, well equipped , terrace with nice ocean view. Also pool area and gym are very good.
− The hotel has nothing to do with the apartment rentals (besides checking in) and the host does not respond. As we were there for a whole week we ran out of liquid soap and would have liked to have our room cleaned (with extra charge of course). But as host did not repond this was not possible. As the hotel is independent they do not help out.

− The studio is too small for more than 2 people. You can go with your kids, but no 3-4 adults
