10.0I had a fantastic stay at the hotel and I enjoyed Istanbul! The hotel located in a very good location, the hotel is also right by the tram line . Very short walking distance to the main attraction like grand bazar . It’s surrounded by restaurants , cafe and a lot of shopping around the area. Mr fouat is very accommodating and friendly. staff were extremely helpful, they were fabulous, warm . The room was comfortable and clean . Would highly recommended.
Would be fatrated when thinking of going back to the hotel, visitors not allowed only one person undetand English
4.0The pit me in small corner room not standard room chosen while booking, no space and not properly clean
− Nothing good was terrible, no effort in their breakfast. Difficult for us on diet. Coffee terrible always running out of lemon in the morning
