− This hotel messaged me few hours before my flight, asking me to go to another room, in another address, completely different from the initial address, which ruined my vacation because I had to book last minute in another room that happened to be terrible, which led me to book for a third time. It was a frustrating trip between properties that operate under the name "hotel" but are in reality nothing but scammers. Never book in this property.

It was close to Taksim and Isteklal. but in general it was really bad I had to change my place to another hotel. and I lost my money.

− The tiolet and bathroom was horrible, there is humudity inside the house that you need to open the window, then the noise outside don't let you to sleep. The building and house wasn't clean.

Lied to, scammed, and had to fight for weeks to get my own money back.

Nothing. We left after 1 hour 11 minutes.

− Where do I start? We arrived at 11 pm after a 7-hour flight to a room that had nothing to do with what was listed on Booking.com. Cracked walls. Peeling paint. A broken cooktop with burnt, encrusted knobs covered in old food. A filthy, stained sofa. Stained bed sheets. And what appeared to be a blood stain on the bathroom wall. This is what we paid for. The owner admitted via WhatsApp that the booked room type was not available that night. He knew before we arrived. He said nothing. He sent us the check-in details that same morning without a single word about it. We were inside that apartment for 1 hour and 11 minutes. Every minute of that time was spent discovering the issue, contacting another property, and leaving. We never slept there. We grabbed our luggage and walked 350 metres to a second accommodation we had to book and pay for on the spot, at 11 pm, after a 7-hour flight. Then it got worse. The owner told Booking.com we used the room for 4 to 5 hours. A flat-out lie. My Google Maps GPS timeline, flight records, and WhatsApp timestamps from two separate properties prove we were there for exactly 1 hour and 11 minutes. When I confronted him directly with this evidence, he changed his story to "a few hours." He contradicted his own statement to Booking.com in writing. I submitted everything to Booking.com. GPS data. Flight arrival records. Timestamped WhatsApp conversations. Photos. Videos of the apartment, us leaving, and us dropping the keys. A second Booking.com booking from the same night as proof. The owner's own contradicting statements. Booking.com sided with the property anyway. They offered me €10.21 in travel credits as a "token of appreciation." On a €72.90 booking, the room did not match the listing, and the owner lied. I rejected it. After weeks of back-and-forth and no resolution, I opened a chargeback with Revolut. I was refunded the full €72.90. Booking.com failed completely. Revolut did what Booking.
