9.0Room is very clean. Had some steps but staff assisted us taking luggages. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, free coffee available throughout the day and dining area downstairs if you want to have a take away meal

5.0Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos, inclusive as senhoras da limpeza
− O hotel infelizmente não tem as condições necessárias nos quartos, o quarto era extremamente pequeno, sem ventilação. Foi-nos fornecido um mini ventilador que não dava nem para arejar, só conseguíamos aguentar o calor debaixo do chuveiro. Casa de banho muito pequena, a pontos que é preciso nos sentarmos de lado para caber.
