10.0Piękny wystrój, czysto, super lokalizacja: blisko metro i tramwaje. W okolicach knajpki śniadaniowo-lunchowe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Розташування хороше, але квартира потребує мінімального ремонту сантехніки.

− Комерційне приміщення на 0 поверсі, мало денного світла, а якщо відкрити штори то з вулиці все повністю видно, протікає душ і не закриваються двері в душі, тому там повно води на підлозі. Не було бокалів на кухні і мало посуду.
