So close to amenities and public transport. Did what you needed for somewhere to crash for concerts and a midpoint between Central London. Owner is lovely. Surprisingly a very very quiet area.

− The heat, but that is not the owner's fault and we were in the attic so not a lot we could do but nothing to dock the review for :) we would stay again definitely.

Room was basic but clean

− No wifi, codes sent did not work. Loft room was small, bed was positioned right under slope which meant we kept hitting our heads. Shower head just kept drooping so basically had to sit down to have a shower

The room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. They provided us with bottles of water in the fridge which was a nice thought. There were plenty of power sockets available. The window had been left open to allow air in which was appreciated as it was a hot day. It was very good value for money.

− When we checked in our key was not in the box as expected which panicked us. I called and straight away this was rectified and the house maid gave it to us and was pleasant. Can not be helped by the property but just to note the location was a little further from Dollis Hill station to walk than we expected. As two young females, we did not feel 100% safe walking through the high street late at night so opted for an uber.

I liked that they fixed the two matters I brought to their attention in a speedy and professional manner. It does what it says on the tin: provides a clean and safe environment where one can sleep.

− There were not things I disliked deeply, but one needs a separate sink to wash one's cup. Not sure that is worth the owner's investment. For me, I just needed to sleep, feel safe, and have a place to clean my teeth and shower. It is noisy, but that is the price one pays to be in a vibrant area, and I enjoyed what I saw of Willesden as I walked to the tube and the jubilee line - straight to the centre of London in less than 20 minutes. And the locals were 10 times better than Google at getting me on the right bus!

La réactivité des hôtes, la localisation du logement, la proximité des transports, la facilité d’accès (boîte à clé), la propreté, le kit d’accueil, le respect des autres locataires dans les espaces communs.

− - Les oreillers ne sont vraiment pas confortables. La literie non plus. - les nuisances de la rue ne sont pas du tout isolées par les fenêtres, il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles. - les rideaux n’occultent pas très bien ce qui réveille tôt. - la wifi ne marche pas dans la chambre 5. - il manque des couverts pour pouvoir manger… - c’est compliqué de remplir sa gourde d’eau dans le lavabo de la salle de bain qui est très petit. (Bouteilles de +50cl impossible)
