9.0Die Lage ist perfekt mit sehr guter S Bahn Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Am nahegelegenen Mexikoplatz befinden sehr gute Speiselokale. Besonders der Eisladen ist zu empfehlen!

9.0L'emplacement, le quartier calme et verdoyant, la facilité d'accès et de circulation en voiture dans les environs. Proximité de la station de train mexicoplatz qui vous emmène jusque dans le centre de Berlin. L'hôte parle également Français et est très gentille

10.0Die Lage war sehr gut und die Ferienwohnung, obwohl es in Berlin war, sehr schön im Grünen gelegen. Durch die sehr nahe S-Bahn-Station war die Innenstadt von Berlin, aber auch Seen in der Nähe, wie Wannsee und Schlachtensee gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren auch gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war vollumfänglich ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
− Die Dusche ist etwas klein, aber ok. Es ist aber auch eine Badewanne vorhanden.
Location dans un quartier résidentiel très calme chez une hôtesse cordiale et professionnelle.
7.0Le calme, la présence de nombreux arbres autour de la maison nous ont fait profiter du chant des oiseaux. L'appartement est bien organisé et l'équipement de la cuisine est très complet. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de la maison : 5' à pied pour se rendre à la station Sbahn Mexicoplatz ou prendre le bus 118 menant à la station métro Krumme Lanke. De plus s'y trouvent boulangerie, magasin de légumes et fruits, ainsi qu'un kébab. Nous avons été accueillis par Lana qui s'est toujours montrée une hôtesse souriante, aimable et disponible.
