A budget hotel - don't expect much, but it's clean and the bed is comfortable - great location!

The location was excellent, within walking distance from the 9/11 Memorial, PAC NYC, both the Statue of Liberty and Staten Island ferries, the Seaport, and the Financial District. The value for a two night weekend stay was very good, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The AC was nice and cool in the summer, and there was a tall mini fridge for drinks and snacks.

− The staff was less than enthusiastic, and didn't really offer to check us in when we arrived early; even though I wasn't actually expecting the room to be ready, it was odd they wouldn't take my info to text when the room was ready. They also say they store luggage, but it's in an unlocked hallway that anyone has access to and they don't use a tagging system, so that threw a wrench in our plans because I was unwilling to store my valuables. The place also has no soundproofing, so we could hear EVERYTHING outside and some adult activity next door.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was an amazing experience! The location is absolutely perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the team for arranging a room with a balcony for us. We loved the bedroom's partial red-brick wall design, which beautifully showcases New York’s historic brick architecture. The hotel is within walking distance to various attractions around Wall Street, and it’s less than a 12-minute walk to Battery Park to catch the ferry for the Statue of Liberty. Transportation is also extremely convenient. The nearest subway station is literally just 20 steps away from the hotel exit, and another station is only a 5-minute walk in the other direction. The room amenities were great—it comes with a comfortable king size bed, a fridge, microwave, slippers, and toiletries, as well as a wall-mounted hairdryer. Daily housekeeping is provided, and they also offer free luggage storage if you arrive early. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, and Whole Foods is nearby. Right next door, there is a cafe/convenience store combo called "Cafe’ De Novo," which serves delicious and very reasonably priced breakfast. Highly recommended There often seems to be only one receptionist handling both in-person and online inquiries at the same time, so please be patient when waiting to be served.

Camera molto spaziosa, un ottima posizione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Si trova proprio a Wall street, molto frequentato e a pochi passi hai tutto ciò che serve, dalla metro, bar, pub, pizzerie. Che dire siamo stati 10giorni e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene

− La pulizia è da migliorare, cambiare lenzuola dopo 6giorni
