When we got to the property we couldn’t get in for about thirty minutes. The code to the door was provided but instructions on how to get in was not clear (when you enter code you then have to press the top button for lock to disengage). When I called the representative wasn’t sure how to get in a kept telling me to enter in the code and the door should unlock which it wasn’t. After finally getting in the room appeared clean but when we went into the kitchenette there was a roach. We let property management know and they said they would send someone out. Be aware you don’t control the ac in the unit so it may be cold or hot and there is nothing you can do about it. The wall to the u it in front is really thin with a vent. Someone was in the room in front of us partied for three days well into 3 and 4:00 in the morning and we couldn’t sleep. We let property management know who responded with “we contacted them and they stated they were just talking.” I have videos from my room where you can hear everything that is happening in 1a. We saw roaches in unit throughout visit and kept contacting customer service who stated they would send someone out. I will never stay hear again. Also the neighborhood wasn’t very appealing and looked to be ramshackle.

The property was good , everything was brand new and pretty comfortable. Only thing about it is that through the vent that’s on the wall by the bed , you can hear the people from the other apartment very loud and clear so that’s the only nosey part but overall I enjoyed my stay
