− It was horrendously filthy. The carpet was marked and dirty - it clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Lounges had marks all over them. Lots of crumbs and dirt in the cracks between the cushions. The linen was not as pictured in the photos. All of it was unhygienic and gross - no mattress covers. The double bed fitted sheet was was so worn it was see through. It wasn't clean. Curtains are rotten and had holes Ensuite plumbing needs work - sink and shower didn't drain. Tiles are lifted in the bathroom floor. Towels were appalling - all stained and bleached - smelt of sweat instead of being freshly laundered. 2 were the size of big hand towels. No bathmats or hand towels. No tea towels. Kitchen - bin was filthy with curry all down the side. Had food in it, so did the dishwasher. Most cutlery and plates all needed re-washing due to oil and food residue. About 10 old dirty rags left in the Cupboard under the sink. Wood floor needs repair - there was a big sunken hole in the floor and a smaller hole in the entry to the main bedroom.
Hidden Gem in London
8.0The location was perfect; many sights to see within walking distance. Many restaurants nearby and the pub round the corner is lovely. The apartment is a good size for a family of 5. The living space is spacious and the common areas within the building is clean and bright. We were there during the London heatwave and we are grateful that 2 fans were provided.
− Nothing much. As noted by previous reviews, the apartment could do with a good proper vacuuming. A bath mat in the bathrooms would be great.

− The property was really dirty. I moved out shortly after arriving and told the host. They said they would investigate but in the end refused any refund. So I had to pay for two properties for that night. I would not recommend this property
