8.0Staff were very accoodating helping us to check in early as we were going to an event. the accomodation was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should.
− The broken door lock on the main enterance was a bit disconcerting, this should be fixed as soon as possible.

8.0위치(지하철역과는 거리가 있지만 버스정류장이 가까이 있고 명소 어디든 갈 수 있는 다양한 노선이 있음, 2층 버스 타고 다니는 경험 좋았음), 청결함, 온수가 잘 나옴
− 5박을 수건 한 번 교체해주지 않음, 청소서비스 없음, 생수 제공 없음, 계단이 가파름, 잠금장치 3번 열어야 함, 수건 색깔이 청결하지 못해 찝찝함, 화장실에 세면대가 너무 작아 사용하면 물이 튈 수 밖에 없는데 투숙객에게 사용 후 바닥을 휴지로 닦으라 함(화장실에 휴지통이 없는게 함정), 호스트가 제공하는 서비스는 없는데 투숙객에게 요구되는 바가 많아 숙소 사용시 편치 않았음
