Would stay again - just watch the temps!
8.0Nice place, lots of space and the washing machine was super useful. Good communication from the host, even with a language barrier. Well set-up, with places for your toiletries, etc which makes a difference. The location is amazing - quick walk from the train station and the beauty of Venice is literally at your door-step.
− The air con didn't really work - it stayed at between 27-29 degrees celcius which matched the temp outside. Not sure what it would be like at 30+! An extra fan or two could potentially help. There were quite a few ants wandering around too, could do with some ant bait.

Newer property, larger than a hotel room and close to the train station.
10.0Edson (the owner) is very service oriented and provides clear instructions. The property is newer, the bed is nice, the bathroom is modern, there is a washer and TV. He has done a good job utilizing the space he has and the decor is nice. Property is close to the train station.

10.0Communication was very good and informative. The studio was well equipped, beautifully decorated, spacious and in a very convenient location. The sound proofing was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this property.
