− Some tired facilities. One room not as described. Room 1 is double bed ONLY NOT a double and single as described. Communication a bit sketchy too.

Did the job i needed it for . Could be a better place with some money spent on it. Owner very respon

− Poor maintenance on house . Needs new handle on bathroom and bathroom is very tired. Need air conditioning in rooms as way to hot and loud opening windows because of this. Fair price on house but needs some attention.
