Great location, neat room and very nice staff.
10.0The property is very close to all the main attractions, that being Sultanahmet square and the Grand bazaar. Its all within walking distance. Public transport is very good, the hotel is 5 minutes from the Kumkapi metro station that gets you to the main metro connection in 2 stops. Nearby are many small fruit markets and restaurants so you won't be hungry. The room is very clean and the furniture looks like it is new. We have been staying for 10 nights and the stay was pleasant, AC worked good and there is an elevator. You also have access to common terrace with a good view over the neighborhood. Emir was incredibly nice and helpful during our stay, he showed us everything we needed in the surrounding area and helped us with everything we needed in the room. He was extremely polite and made everything so much easier. I highly reccomend it to anyone first timing Istanbul as the location is sublime.
− Some people might find it it gets a bit loud as the street outside is busy, but it did not present a problem for us at all.

8.0Staff was welcoming and always asked whether there was anything they can do for us. They message you on WhatsApp to confirm your booking, and if you need it, they respond promptly. The room was clean and accurate to the pictures. Towels , slippers and shampoo were provided. The WiFi was reliable. Good location for getting to nearby public transport and destinations such as The Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet.
− The bathroom was well built, however, it was unclear whether the switch for the fan was working, and the fan's filter was covered in dust. The ceiling of the bathroom had some hints of mold starting, but nothing alarming at the time of the stay.
