5.0Η τοποθεσία, ότι είναι αρκετό να φιλοξενήσει μεγάλη παρέα ή οικογένεια και από το μπροστινό μπαλκόνι φαίνεται λίγο η Σαγράδα Φαμίλια. Είχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο.
− Το σπίτι χρήζει ανακαίνισης για να ανταποκρίνεται στη τιμή του. Έχει εδώ και καιρό στα σχόλια που αναφέρουν την ανακαίνιση. Ήλπιζα να έχουν επιληφθεί τα θέματα, αλλά από ότι είδα δεν έχει γίνει κάτι. Είναι επικίνδυνο αν υπάρχουν παιδιά στο σπίτι. Πήγαν τα παιδιά να ανοίξουν τη ντουλάπα και τους έπεσε πάνω τους. Δεν υπήρχαν δεύτερα μαξιλάρια, όταν χρειάστηκε κάποιος πιο ψηλό μαξιλάρι. Η πόρτα στο μικρό μπάνιο δεν μπορούσε να κλειδώσει, γιατί με τα βίας έκλεινε από τη φουσκωμένη κάσα. Η μία καρέκλα από την τραπεζαρία είναι ωραία αλλά χαλασμένη. Θέλει προσοχή αν κάτσει κάποιος. Στο μπαλκόνι είχε ένα μεγάλο κομμάτι γυψοσανίδα. Το παντζούρι στο μεγάλο δωμάτιο ακόμα να διορθωθεί, παρ' όλα τα προηγούμενα σχόλια. Μία που το κλείσαμε για βράδυ και μία που δεν ξανανέβηκε ποτέ. Οι τοίχοι δεν έχουν ηχομόνωση και ακούς τον διπλανό ακόμα και αν ψιθυρίζει. Δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες προσώπου για όλα τα άτομα. Όταν χρειαστήκαμε τη βοήθεια και επικοινώνησα με μήνυμα με τον ιδιοκτήτη στις 18/7, πήρα απάντηση στις 21/7. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία θα έλεγα.

Posizione ottima. Appartamento spazioso
10.0La stanza vicino alla cucina era troppo rumorosa e quella accanto era piccola con una finestra che dava sulla chiostri ma interna in pratica vista muro. Le altre tre stanze erano ottime il Soggiorno magnifico.

− C'erano in giro lastre di cartongesso e pacchi di laminato. Le rifiniture non erano delle migliori. All' arrivo una tapparella non si abbassava (problema risolto celermente alla segnalazione). Dai bidet non usciva acqua perché con filtri intasati. Ci siamo arrangiati nel sistemarli noi
