10.0Friendly and helpful staff & clean rooms. Hotel is very close to Galata tower, and trams & ferry is within walking distance.
− The property does not have an elevator, only stairs. So if you have mobility problems, it would be a struggle. However, We were fine & got our extra steps in! We were on the 2nd floor, and staff were very helpful with taking suitcases and bags up & bringing them down the stairs.

5.0Lage war hervorragend. Personal war sehr freundlich
− Die Zimmer befanden sich nicht im selben Gebäude wie die Rezeption. Die Außentür zum Gebäude, in dem sich die Zimmer befanden, war jederzeit frei zugänglich und nicht abgeschlossen, sodass auch fremde Personen Zugang hatten. Zudem war Schimmel an der Decke sichtbar. Die Zimmertüren mussten jedes Mal manuell mit einem Schlüssel abgeschlossen werden. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war keine Seife vorhanden, obwohl das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wurde.
