10.0The hotel deserves a much higher rating than it currently has. It truly exceeded all our expectations. Everything was spotless, the suite was beautifully designed, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, served on a stunning waterfront terrace. The same terrace is also perfect for lunch or a romantic dinner with breathtaking views. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were always available, attentive, and genuinely eager to accommodate any request. The level of service was unquestionably worthy of a 5 star hotel rather than a 4 star one. The hotel also has its own private dock, making it incredibly convenient for water taxis to pick you up or drop you off. Fun fact: Since Venice is full of seagulls that can be quite bold around food, the hotel has a trained falcon to keep them away during breakfast. It was such a unique and memorable touch. Another great advantage is the location. It is only a short walk from the airport (land) transfer drop off point, which makes arriving with luggage very easy. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and both my wife and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.
