La ubicación. No se escucha nada estando a 30 metros de plaza Spagna. La amplitud de los ambientes (excepto la cocina que es minuscula)

− Habia varios detalles, luces que no funcionaban, aire acondicionado regular, el microondas funcionaba mal, etc. Es verdad que no hicimos ningun reclamo y seguramente si lo hubieramos hecho lo habrían solucionado, pero deberia chequearse antes y no que se ocupen los huéspedes.

Apartmán je ve skvělé lokalitě a je velmi hezky řešený jak dispozičně, tak designově. Vestavěné patro perfektně zapadá do prostoru a je to ideální místo na cvičení. V apartmánu je dostatek skříní s velkým množstvím ramínek! Ocenili jsme také nádoby na tříděný odpad. Stanice metra v blízkosti.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Hospitality Rome Piazza do Spana 🫶The location is unbeatable, beautiful, just 30 steps from the iconic Spanish Steps, and all of Rome’s major attractions are within walking distance. The area is safe , vibrant, with luxurious shops everywhere. Valentino is right in front so you feel immersed in the city. The building itself is elegant, classy, and spotless; I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The apartment was stunning beautifully designed and immaculately clean. I also want to express my gratitude to Patizia for her great orientation and excellent communication. The restaurants nearby are also fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Rome! I LOVE the place

Beautiful apartment near Spanish Steps. Roomy and clean. 3 stops from Roma Termini on Metro, so easy to get to without too much luggage.

− The bed is a spring mattress so an adjustment if you are used to memory foam.

Wonderful location, an accommodation that gives you the real Roman experience.

The location of the property is fantastic, and the apartment conditions are quite good. The bed was very comfortable, and although the kitchen is small, it is more than sufficient—especially since you’re in the heart of Rome with countless dining options just around the corner :).

− That being said, I would really appreciate a bit more detailed and attentive cleaning. In particular, the sofa in the living room could use a thorough cleaning, as the smell was not very pleasant (it seemed like it might have been left damp).
