The building and neighborhood have everything you’ll want, plus quick access to the metro.
10.0The neighborhood is a joy to be in. The building is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and appliances are modern. The balcony was a special place to sip a morning Nespresso and watch the birds dance through the sky.
Comfortable Stay Close to Everything
9.0We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful old classical building and has been very well maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is excellent—it's very close to a metro station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, and you can easily walk to the city centre and many of the main attractions. Overall, it's a charming, comfortable, and well-located apartment, and I would happily recommend it.
− The only downside was that the floor on the 6th floor tended to shake slightly when people walked around. It wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable and may be unsettling for some guests.

7.0La propreté et l’emplacement
− Appartement 23 très sombre donnant sur avenue très passagère. La fenêtre de la petite chambre ne s’ouvre pas et donne sur l’escalier donc bruyante. Les couverts sont en nombre insuffisant (4 fourchettes pour 3). Une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée aurait été la bienvenue.
