Friendly staff, but repeated operational problems significantly affected our family vacation.
1.0The staff were consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely tried to help whenever problems occurred. The hotel’s location is convenient, and after the first night we were moved to a more comfortable suite
− Our arrival experience was very disappointing. We booked this hotel partly because it advertised free on-site parking, but the parking was unavailable throughout our stay, forcing us to use an expensive off-site garage that closed early and limited access to our car. Our confirmed Junior Suite was not available on arrival, and we were temporarily placed in a small standard room. Later that evening we accidentally entered an occupied room because we were given an active key, and we discovered that our luggage had been moved without our knowledge. The Wi-Fi system was unnecessarily complicated and repeatedly required reactivation at reception. Breakfast quality was below expectations, with very limited variety, poor options for children, and a coffee machine that remained out of service throughout our entire stay

10.0A very nice hotel with an excellent location. The metro, the seaside, and shopping malls are all within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!

Terrible and disappointing
4.0The staff and taxi easy access
− The room was small, I requested when booking for a non smoking room because of my health and the smokes were coming from the corridor, I complained they did nothing after promising to change the morning shift guy keep saying the room service will close or has close. Night staff tried but the room they had was so small. The environment is filled with old and abandoned houses. The food arrangements was poor saw a customer trying to get some food and her cloth was touching the rest of opened food down🤦♀️ .

− Unfortunately, the windows didn't have mosquito screens. Leaving the windows open meant dealing with mosquitoes inside the room.
