8.0We stayed at this place for 5 nights. The property is a well-maintained apartment. Its obvious that the owner puts in a lot of effort to keep it in good shape. Each apartment is associated with a parking spot. Stores and smaller restaurants are around for the convenience.
− The property is slightly off Miami Downtown (the actual city) and it requires a walk of approx. 2 km to reach the busy places. Unfortunately there was an incident during out stay directly in front of the apartment. 3 shots fired and a lot of police around afterwards. We cannot confirm that this area is safe in general. However, the owner mentioned that this was a very isolated event over the last 6 years.
