Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Venedigreise
10.0Ein Katzensprung vom Bahnhof entfernt. Wie ein eigenes, kleines Ferienhaus im Innenhof eines Gebäudekomplexes, daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Direkt am Rio Marim mit kleinen Cafés und einem Supermarkt nah bei.

10.0Una ubicación excelente muy cerca de la estación de Tren y más cerca aún de la parada del vaporeto Riva de Biasio. El departamento al lado del Río Marín, excelente, amplio, cómodo, muy bien decorado, seguro. A 30 metros de un supermercado muy bien surtido El anfitrión muy amable y disponible al instante si lo necesitaba.

6.0La personne en charge de l'accueil était agréable et réactive. L'appartement est très bien situé. La literie est confortable et le lit très grand.
− Le logement est très mal isolé, on entend absolument tous les bruits de l'extérieur et de l'appartement d'à côté. Le seuil de porte laisse entrer tout l'air froid, même avec le chauffage, la pièce du bas ne peut pas se réchauffer et on est seulement en octobre. La cabine de douche est petite, le sèche serviette était couvert de poussière. Il n'y avait pas de couette mais une couverture très fine, pas suffisante pour un si grand lit.

6.0The layout was great
− There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the sink didn’t drain properly after use. The water pressure was almost non existent until it was fixed after day one. A couple of the walls were falling apart - obviously due to excessive moisture and we found some squashed mosquitoes on the upstairs ceiling and some walls.
