9.0We had a great stay for New Year's Eve. Fantastic location that is close to everything, but in a quieter neighborhood that is more locals vs. tourists. The apartment is spacious with plenty of space for a family of four. It was well stocked, very clean, and quiet. The host, Marco, was extremely responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay there the next time we go to Venice.

9.0Spacious clean and comfortable
− No duvet covers. Only sheets on the bed. But found duvets without linen covers in the wardrobes so not too big of an issue. It was not warm enough to sleep with only a sheet.
