9.0It was a very nice cozy apartment. Very clean. Very very nice location. There’s a bus stop right outside the apartment and there are lots of shop outside too. Loved it and would definitely recommend.
− I didn’t know how to turn the heating up but that’s about it.

2.0The location was good. And the apartment was clean and comfortable.
− Had no hot water at all in the property and couldn't even get it sorted to have a shower or use the facilities it was just cold water even thought the boiler was working.
