L'emplacement est centrique mais assez éloigné de toute l'animation des bars et cafés et boutiques d'où pas trop de bruit. Appartement très propre et confortable.

− Il manque quelques équipements de cuisine - pas de plaque de cuisson ni vaisselle (on l'a signalé à la personne du check-in et ils nous ont apporté très rapidement ce que nous avions demandé).

Check in is very easy at the Linda hotel which is right next door and has a 24-hour reception. If one is looking for low-budget accommodation this is an acceptable if not particularly comfortable hotel. However it still has all the basics, very hot water, decent internet, good cleanliness, friendly staff. Location is perhaps not suitable for a basic tourist visit, but for someone generally moving around İstanbul it is very convenient (5 minutes from Marmaray, 2 minutes from Migros supermarket, 10-15 minutes from Kadıköy metro and ferry, etc). I believe the positive and negative attributes are fairly reflected in the price. As long as you're looking for just a place to sleep and not a place to relax, it's an acceptable option.

− The room and bathrooom are quite small, so if two people are travelling together for more than one night, or if you have bulky luggage, you should keep this in mind. Although it is above ground level, it has only a small window near the ceiling and is rather damp.

It was a small room with attached toilet. Location was good in terms of central to many spots but I wouldn’t recommend if staying for more than one day. As a budget night stay it’s passable.

− Die Lautstärke der Baustelle(ist wahrscheinlich nicht immer so) Der Geruch vom Abfluss, stark nach Kloake Das es reingeregnet hat, also Fenster undicht Kein Klopapier nachgelegt Katzen Pippi Geruch im Flur

Location was OK, a good cafe nearby for breakfast and an interesting walk into Kadikoy

− The room was nothing like in the photo, it was not an apartment but a room with no natural light and the size of a mendicant's cell. It was dirty with mould around and on the sink, toilet seat was falling off, no windows, there was a nail sticking up from the floor by the door that i stabbed my toe on. The TV was hanging so far oiut from the wall that I hit my heade on it numerous times as the room was so small, there was also no wardrobe or clothes storage facilities at all and there were other people staying in this so-called apartment and lots of coming and going. I would also add the staff (based in the hotel next door) were excellent.
