9.0La camera era davvero pulita, il letto comodo e il tutto ben arieggiato. Anche il bagno molto pulito e il servizio di pulizia ogni giorno.
− Nulla in particolare. Forse l'unica cosa un po' scomoda l'ascensore che è davvero stretto - ma funziona bene e soprattutto non è scontato negli hotel di Londra trovarne uno.

− Towels were not fresh
It was an ideal hotel for a short stay due mainly due to location and friendly staff.
8.0The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman at reception with the short grey beard. The location was ideal, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and Earl’s Court Underground Station just an 8–10-minute walk away. Tesco was also only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which was a huge plus.
− My room was facing the road, and it was quite noisy at times due to the sound of heavy motorcycles and speeding cars. The shower area was also very small, and I could barely fit comfortably while taking a shower. Additionally, the coffee table did not seem clean and felt sticky to the touch.
