10.0Amazing South Kensington Flat and staff. The apt. Lived up to the name. Very clean, perfect location, walking distance to museums, Albert Hall and local amenities. Would definitely stay there again.
It was good overall and the assistance was immediate .
7.0The property is in a very convenient location . It is quite small. Good for maximum 4 people . We were in 6 so it felt a bit hard to move around and with suitcases.
− If you want to use washing machine/ drier , make sure you do it when you’re not in the flat . It is very noisy and you feel the entire flat shacking.

9.0The location of the apartment was excellent. It is in a quiet side street but very handy for shops, places to eat and the underground. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, well maintained, and well stocked. We really appreciated the provision of tea bags/coffee, milk and some bottled water. Communication with the team was quick and easy. Would definitely stay in the apartment again. Highly recommend.
− The only issue we had (and this is not the fault of the property hosts), was that the lift in the building was out of order during our stay. It was approximately 90 steps to reach the 5th floor. However, we were told about the problem before we arrived and a member of the team met us to help with our luggage - this was very much appreciated.
