PRECIOSO Y CÉNTRICO APARTAMENTO
10.0Apartamento precioso, renovado recientemente con mucho gusto. Está en una zona muy bonita, céntrica y tranquila, con ambiente nocturno de restaurantes y copas al volver la esquina. Tiene todas las comodidades, es muy seguro y la atención del personal es rápida y precisa.

9.0The room was perfect, a lovely little suite with all the amenities and great vibes. It was very close to transit, good cafes, and a nice outdoor beer garden a block away. The staff was fantastic to deal with and was very accomodating & helpful.
− The shower was small & awkward, which could have been better, but it wasn't the end of the world or anything. It was also on the expensive side, but that's kind of just life in 2026 unfortunately so what can you do.
We did not enjoy our stay in this apartment.
4.0− This apartment is a one room studio not a one bedroom apartment, which was unexpected, makes the definition in both the description and booking confirmation misleading, and didn't make our stay comfortable. In addition it is overpriced as such. Kitchenware/utensils are at the bare minimum, one set of towels per person provided for a whole week stay.
Odlična lokacija, ki pa ni zares luksuzna, kot namiguje samo ime.
7.0Studio apartma je na odlični lokaciji. Kopalnica je lepo urejena. Zelo enostavno je vstopat in izstopat iz apartmaja, vse brez ključev, kar je super, če sta v apartmaju dva ali trije stanovalci.
− Apartma je v pritličju , obrnjen na dvorišče, kjer so nameščeni smetnjaki. V četrtek zjutraj nas je zelo zgodaj prebudil hrupen odvoz smeti. Zelo moteče je tudi dejstvo, da se v kopalnici hkrati prižgeta edina luč in precej hrupen ventilator, kar je posebno moteče ponoči. Postelja ni posebej udobna, za naš okus precej premehka.

10.0Super gute Verwaltung, sehr freundlich. Die Location ist sehr gut und das Gebäude ist sehr schön. Ruhig, friedlich und sauber. Immer wieder gerne!
