7.0Frukosten var helt fantastisk, verkligen 10/10. Restaurangpersonalen var dessutom mycket trevlig.
− Kvällspersonalen i receptionen (två tjejer) var väldigt hjälpsamma. Däremot kan jag inte säga samma sak om personalen på morgonen (två killar), som inte verkade särskilt intresserade av att hjälpa till med mina frågor – framför allt den äldre. Det enda de kunde säga var ‘ta en taxi’. Dessutom var hotellobbyn full av små barn (cirka 8–10 år gamla) som sprang runt och skrek medan deras mamma satt där helt ostörd. De bodde inte hotellet förstådd jag. Det kändes inte särskilt professionellt för ett fyrastjärnigt hotell. Det kan förstås ha varit en tillfällighet.”

7.0Personal an der Rezeption lässt zu wünschen übergibt z.b. kein freundliches begrüßen wenn Gäste zurück ins Hotel kommen , meistens mit dem privaten Handy beschäftigt ! Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig, nur der Kaffee lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig .
