Lovely, relaxing accommodation in a quiet location, very close to excellent transport links
10.0Nice quiet location just a few minutes walk from Hammersmith station which is excellently located for access to tube lines and bus routes. Private outdoor space in central London was such a treat! Nice little touches to make the stay comfortable, such as little salt & pepper sachets next to the teabags, ideal when we were only using the kitchen for minimal cooking and didn't want to buy too many groceries.

− We arrived an hour before we could use the code and there was nowhere we could leave our luggage. A cleaning staff member advised we should call the customer service phone number - which we did- twice - but there was no answer. I had requested an early check in when booking but was told there was no guarantee. I would have paid for an early check in but I didn't know that was an option.

9.0The 2 bedrooms apartment is lovely, new, clean and in a perfect location few minutes walk from Hemmersmith station. The viridian team is service oriented, supportive and communicative.
− The beds are very narrow: 1.2/1.9 in one bedroom and 1.3/1.9m in the other.
