− Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the photos or the very high 9.6 rating at all. The apartment felt extremely neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained overall. We were given a basement room, which was not clear from the listing or photos, and there was a strong sewage smell during the entire stay. The bathroom was in a very poor condition — mold, worn-out surfaces, and extremely weak water pressure. The furniture and walls were chipped and heavily worn, and the dishes were dirty and damaged. The whole apartment felt old, shabby, and unclean. The biggest disappointment was the huge difference between the photos and reality. Based on the presentation, you expect a clean and pleasant apartment, but instead we got a place that felt more like a neglected basement than accommodation with such a high rating. Honestly, I do not understand how this property can have a 9.6 rating, because our experience was absolutely nowhere near that standard.

Все отлично! Пешком легко дойти до стадиона Бешикташ, парка KüçükÇiftlik, до метро и автобусных остановок. Магазины, кафе, обменники также неподалеку. Улица тихая, ночью спокойно, мечетей не слышно. Внутри тихо и прохладно. Есть даже внутренний дворик со столиком. Все нужное есть: посуда, большой холодильник, плита. Хороший wi-fi. В квартире очень чисто! Заселение и выселение прошло без участия хозяина. Мне это удобно. Благодарю хозяина за возможность заселиться немного раньше назначенного времени.

− Практически нет дневного света, но это особенность расположения квартиры.

Çok beğendim. Ev güzel ,temizdi ve güvenliydi. Olanakları çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacın ola bilecek her şey vardı. Konumu nişantaşı merkeze, taksime çok yakındı. Konum etrafında eczane ,market, 24 saat açık restoran bile vardı.

The whole experience was amazing, the house was at an excellent location, cameras all over the entrance door to make you feel extra safe, the tv has netflix and the whole apartment has good wifi, bus near the door, all kitchen and cleaning utensils operational and very good. The host was so friendly and always ready to help, such a great time there. Thank you!!
