1.0it was a horrible night that i wil never ever think of again in my whole life biggest regret to book this hotel
− everything its like carcel i usually do not write reviews not good not bad but i believe this review will be helpful if you coming with family then pls do not ever think of this hotel as the room size is tiny and no view nothing i paid good amt and this is not a worth it bed size very small i changed next morning and went to swissotel

Comfortable Stay and Accesible
7.0The location of the hotel is amazing. Just a 3 minute walk to Exit 1 of Havelock MRT and right across the hotel is the bus stop. Everything was accessible (eg, Tiong Bahru market, 7 Eleven). The receptionist and housekeeping was attentive, friendly and helpful. Only one functional elevator. Maybe due to active renovation.
− There was no bidet in the toilet. The amenities like shower gel and shampoo could have been in a refillable form instead of the "use once and discard" Its not enough too for a a family of 3. I understand can ask for more but it would save the guests hassle. Get better pillows too. Its too thin and no support. Also, I would recommend to install vanity mirror in the room for guests.
