7.0L'appartement était vraiment bien, spacieux, bien équipé sauf en matière de poêles, elles étaient tellement usées que j'ai préféré ne pas les utiliser. Il faut songer à les changer, je l'avais déjà vu dans un commentaire. Autrement, on allait à la plage tous les matin à pied( 30 min de marche), le centre ville est à deux pas.
− Le bruit des voisins, catastrophique, les chiens qui aboient à toute heure de la nuit et à 5h du matin, les voisins qui ne respectent pas du tout le calme, ils s'endorment très tard et ont tout le temps du monde, et se lèvent tôt le matin, on les entend prendre leur douche, etc... Pour quelqu'un qui cherche le calme pour se reposer c'est un cauchemar, les enfants eux même dorment très tard, ils jouent dans leur chambre jusqu'à 1h du matin heureusement ils ne l'ont fait qu'une fois le dernier soir. Mais toute la semaine, les voisins ont été bruyants , je ne voulais pas apporter des problèmes au proprio on a supporté. De plus, j'ai trouvé que Barcelone était à 30 min, mais en train c'est 52 min , un peu épuisant et à force , un peu chère quand on est 4. Les prix en Espagne sont élevés et les habitants pas si accueillant que je ne l'aurais cru, donc je n'y retournerai plus, c 'est sûre.

9.0Nice place, calm. Near the sea. Big flat. The kitchen has everyting you need. we got some coffee capses too, it was extra kind. Our host was very helpful and kind. Ther had always been ace to park for free (september) and none scratced/touched our car!
− It was a litle bit dusty, the towel drier was rusty with peeling painting. The shower courtain had mould on it. The shoe keeper in the hall was impossible to use because the doors were falling out. One of the single beds in one room had not had a rib so it was a surprise that you sink in with the madress when you kneel on the bed. A piece (30 cm) of a tile-frame was of the wall in one bedroom was off when we arrived. You feel that the madress on the double bed has probably served for a longer time(?), you lie deeper on both sides. So it will need a litle quick fix, only small things to keep the good quality. But generally it was very nice.
