It was a great location near most of places I would like to visit in Istanbul.

Breakfast was great. I liked most the helpfulness and friendliness of the workers, especially the lady arranging for breakfast. The location was also great.

Good location, but the cleanliness, noise, and very small room made the stay disappointing.

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the tram stop. The hotel has an elevator, which was helpful with luggage. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was easy.

− The room was extremely small, with the bed taking up most of the space. The bathroom was not cleaned properly – there were dark hairs on the toilet and in the shower. Water kept leaking from the soap dispenser onto the floor, leaving it constantly wet. The room was also very noisy. You could clearly hear people closing doors, and someone upstairs was moving furniture during the night, making it difficult to sleep. I was informed that I would receive a takeaway breakfast because I was checking out at 5:00 a.m., but no breakfast was prepared or offered.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Yera Hotel. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : toujours souriant, accueillant et disponible. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de la réception pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, ainsi qu’aux personnes en charge du petit-déjeuner et du ménage, qui ont contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur attention aux détails font vraiment la différence. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !
