10.0周辺は静かながらも、サンマルコ広場へヴァポレットで一駅という素晴らしいロケーション。 お部屋は写真よりもずっと広くて、内装も美しくとても快適でした。
− City taxの為にカード情報を連絡しなければならないのが少し不安でした。 宿泊費に含めて請求してくれれば他には言うこと無し！

10.0Апартаменты просто прекрасные! Прежде всего хочется отметить их отличное расположение. Они просторные, очень чистые и полностью оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Антонио всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал на наши вопросы. Апартаменты находятся в тихом и спокойном районе, но при этом до главных достопримечательностей Венеции можно легко дойти пешком. Рядом есть магазин, уютные кафе и хорошие рестораны. Мы очень благодарны и счастливы, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Благодаря этому месту наше пребывание в Венеции стало ещё более комфортным и запоминающимся. Венеция навсегда останется в нашем сердце! Большое спасибо! С любовью из Турции.

9.0Great location, quiet. Close to public water taxis on the Grand Canal, and could walk to many great places. Good video instructions from owner re arriving on the water taxi, and walking to the property

Simply the best apartment in Venice
10.0Literally the best property I’ve stayed in while on this trip. I have been to Dublin, London, Barcelona and several stops along the Italian coast. This Venice property was meticulously clean, decorated tastefully and the air conditioning was AMAZING!! If I moved to Venice, this would be my dream apartment. It had 2 roomy bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms a comfy living room and kitchen. The washing machine was awesome and even the hair dryer was great. The communication with the property manager was awesome. He checked in by calling to make sure we had everything we needed.
− The only thing I’d change is to add a fan to the apartment to help speed up the drying process after you wash clothes. Just a suggestion but not a critique. This property was perfection.
